Creating a plan that works for you

As a trauma informed counselor, my top priority is creating a safe space that you feel comfortable in. Building a therapeutic relationship is built on trust and taking a person-centered approach, meaning we’ll take things at your pace. While my counseling services may be completely through telehealth, this won’t limit the healing that we will be able to do together.  As your counselor, I will guide you on your journey of healing through support, taking you from darkness to light.

You’ve carried enough alone. It’s time for someone to carry IT with you.
